Our Staff

The heart and soul of any organization is its people, and CRC is no exception. What isexceptional is the amount of experience, talent, commitment, teamwork and professionalism the CRC staff possesses. The success CRC has had in serving the Clintonville-Beechwold community is a direct reflection of its tenured and trained staff.

·     Over half the staff has worked at CRC for more than 5 years; and 3 of the staff leaders, including the Executive Director have been with CRC for more than 10 years. This speaks to the staffs’ commitment to our community and to the cohesive culture that marks CRC as a special place.

·     Among the staff there are 9 licensed Social Workers – a strong indicator of their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to their chosen vocation.

These characteristics speak to the staff’s high level of competence, but what makes CRC’s staff extraordinary is its attitude.  They work for each other and for everyone that walks through the door or calls on the phone. They do what’s needed, no matter their role. They seek to truly serve and not just execute transactions with their clients. They find solutions in the face of challenges and minimal resources. They put their heads, hearts and hands into their work everyday.
