General Needs

We always appreciate donations of items we can use.

We are always in need of household paper products, diapers, soaps and other items that clients cannot purchase with food stamps.



Other items needed: Hats and gloves for children through adult sizes, blankets and socks for winter (especially for homeless folks, primarily men's sizes).  Daily COTA bus passes and gift cards are always needed especially gift cards to grocery stores that can also be used at the pharmacy for purchasing prescription medication. Senior Field Trip Expenses Fund — Ongoing

We are starting a scholarship fund to help those seniors who cannot afford to go on some of our social outings in the community due to lack of funds. We are accepting donations that will be specifically set aside for this purpose. Some examples are when we take senior trips out to lunch or coffee at local restaurants, entrance fees to exhibits and plays, etc. Most of our outings are low cost, but even those can be a prohibitive expense for seniors on a fixed income.
