What We Do

Part of the century-old settlement house movement, the Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center was organized in 1971 to promote a positive quality of life for residents of the Clintonville-Beechwold area. We invite you to learn more about our programs and opportunities for involvement.

Mission: CRC’s mission is to improve the quality of life in the Clintonville-Beechwold community in the best tradition of Settlement Houses.

Vision: CRC will be the “go to” agency for services, resources and advocacy in Clintonville and Beechwold.

The CRC is a United Way Member Agency and a member of the Columbus Federation of Settlements.

In accordance with Federal Law and Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.  To file a complaint, please write to Bill Owens, Executive Director, 14 W. Lakeview Ave, Columbus, OH 43202. An Incident Report can be obtained at CRC offices, or by request, can be sent by mail.

Youth Services

We know that many families in many neighborhoods struggle with childcare while parents and caregivers are at work. We have an after school program from 3:30-6:00pm, Monday-Friday during all Columbus City School days.  We have room for 60 kids during each session.
