Community Fundraisers for CRC

2016:

The 19th annual “Evening Gala at Mozart’s” was the biggest one yet, featuring the three-part harmony of The Local Girls out of Athens, OH.

The talented trio brought their brand of energy and fun to this yearly fundraiser, closing out the event with some wonderful music.DSCN7547

The fundraiser hosted by Anand & Doris Saha, raised more than $15,000 for the Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center. It was held May 2 at Mozart’s, 4784 N. High St.

For more photos from the festive affair, click here.

One big reason for the event’s marvelous success was the support of special patrons, who made additional commitments to the CRC through the event.

This group of special supporters included: State Rep. David Leland & PK Hunt, Thomas & Karen Scheid, Donald and Joyce Owen, Sophie Dryer & Jen Leymaster, Lea Anne & Tom Kangas, Rev. Carl & Janelle Adler, Bob & Linda Bauer, Barbara & Michael Folmar, Barbara Poppe & Bill Faith, Thomas & Carolann Gregoire, Allen & Diane Hunter, Joe & Karen Jackson, Wayne & Sharon West, Jeff & Lucy Caswell, Craig & Martha Preston, Carol & Dick Igo, Lori & Bradley Henning, Richard & Janet Pfeiffer, Joe & Sue Foley, Michelle Crandall, Katherine & Daniel Struve, one anonymous sponsor, and Kristopher Keller.

On behalf of the thousands of neighbors served through the CRC, we thank you!lg outside

The 18th annual Spring Mozart’s Fundraiser generated nearly $12,000 for CRC programs May 4, 2015.

The wonderful evening was hosted by Anand and Doris Saha, owners of Mozart’s and supporters of the Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center for nearly 20 years.

Their fine food and delicious desserts, along with great music from Arnett Howard and Mark Werling, made the night a special one. New this year, the CRC organized a “Wine Wall” in which patrons could pay $15 for a chance to select a mystery bottle of wine.

CRC leaders, on behalf of the thousands of people they serve annually, offered special thanks to the Sahas and to the sponsoring patrons of the evening including Steve & Debbie Ryan, Brad & Lorena Henning and Michael & Sarah Eckholt.
